"Boiler Plate"...
The series currently takes place ALMOST every Friday evening from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the Bank Street Café (639 Bank Street, New London, CT – 860-444-1444). Emphasis is placed on roots based music typically associated with what is termed the Americana genre.

All shows start promptly at 6:30 or so.
There is NO COVER CHARGE.
The kitchen is open….

          The ol' "Cafe" has undergone some significant changes of late. Not only have the pool tables been relocated to the now-consolidated "Game Loft", where there isn't so much architectural interference, but the downstairs area now includes booths. The entire place seems roomier and more open; a much better place to enjoy Grumpy's new menu specials, some music from a very kickin' jukebox with cutting edge features.

          There are various special events each week, including the new Blue Collar Happy Hour!

          Finally, every weekend, we continue to bring you some of the area's finest entertainment. Drop in and check us out AGAIN!


          Some other ideas in the works for this page include posting information about Cafe Team standings, info regarding tournaments, special nights out for pool, menu specials, upcoming benefits...anything newsworthy will be added to its appropriate page, but also highlighted here!
